HSE-255: Health Problems & Prevention
This course surveys a range of public health problems and issues, including the development of prevention strategies. Topics include maternal health, HIV/AIDS, infectious diseases, professional burnout, substance use/misuse, sexually transmitted diseases, and social determinants of health. Upon completion, students should be able to identify health issues and demonstrate prevention strategies.
